STEP's MISSION

  • To bridge the gap that exists between high school education and career choice.


STEP's VISION

  • STEP envisions 11th and 12th grade high school students being motivated to further their education and broaden their career goals after engaging in informational tours at some of the most exciting companies in Boston. Students will be exposed to the operations and culture in a wide range of businesses including, but not limited to, financial services, engineering, high tech, marketing, hospitality, and health care.  Students will gain a better understanding of business, allowing them the opportunity to make better informed decisions about their future careers as they pursue higher education or enter the workforce.

  • For Students: To increase the number of opportunities for connection between high school students and professionals.

  • For Companies: To create easily managed and highly effective youth and community outreach opportunities.
