Word has spread about STEP at the John O’Bryant — the students are signed up and ready to go!
Thanks to Dennis Zaia, HR Mentor, STEP has added a training component to orientation process and yesterday the students learned how to get the most out of their STEP tours through preparation, strong questions and positive follow up — STEP’s Tool of Engagement, the keys to developing business relationships. There were so many questions being asked about the companies involved and this curious and committed group of students are looking forward to seeing behind the doors of some of Boston’s most exciting companies, where they will be inspired by all they see.
